HERE’S YOUR CHRISTMAS MOVIE DOSE

Not much of a homestay holiday we are looking for after the hard-hitting Pandemic & lockdowns! But Christmas & New Year’s holidays work just right for planning & welcoming the year to come. Amid the chills outside and grills inside, here is the list of movies that would act like a warm blanket in a cold night for your mood.:

OFFICE CHRISTMAS PARTY (2016)

Jennifer Anniston & T.J. Miller’s starer comedy would set the mood just right for this holiday season. This movie showcases different perspectives of two people who’re running an inherited business. The drama starts when Miller throws an office Christmas party and that triggers the catastrophe for the company.

JACK FROST (1998)

Setting your Christmas gid gene on, this one would kick you fine. If you’re someone who can get away with the poor animation and special effects to make a Christmas movie into a horror one – this is the movie for you. You’ll get to see how a harsh rocker; Michael Keaton dies in a car accident and how his son brings him back to life – but in a snowman!

ANNA AND THE APOCALYPSE (2017)

Ella Hunt plays Anna Shephard, who fights a zombie apocalypse in her town during Christmas. Though a complete no-brainer, but would be a filler movie to play while setting the dinner table for the family or even decorating your Christmas tree!

LOVE ACTUALLY (2003)

First of the three Christmas romcom movie series, would act as a romantic mood turner for your coming year. Richard Curtis’s placard move would take you back to the non-social media time and would connect you to your retro-self.

HAPPIEST SEASON (2020)

Ever tasted sweet-savory candy in a Christmas sweet box? This movie is just like that. A strong hit on society and a brave move for inclusion into the mainstream movie world, Kristen Stewart hits the right cord. You’ll get to see how things get awkward when Abby (Kristen) proposes to her love interest (played by Mackenzie Davis) who was still to come out in front of her parents. And drama begins from there!
